Refined Wheat flour, Milk solids, Glucose syrup solids
Method
Using a whisk attachment in a planetary mixer, blend swiss roll mix and water on high speed for 7 to 8 minutes. Pour and spread the batter in baking tray or desired mould. Bake at 200ºC for 15 minutes.
