Description

SB 1000 is a superior bread improver designed for production of specialised breads, buns and rolls. It has added emulsifier that conditions the dough and improves dough handling. It imparts excellent softness to the crumb and improves the oven spring. Also enhances the volume and ensures uniform rise throughout the bread. While using this improver, no additional gluten is required to be added. It creates a uniform crumb mesh texture and naturally improves the crumb colour. This product is recommended for use in commercial and industrial bakeries that focus on production of superior quality speciality breads, buns and rolls.

Soya Flour, Emulsifier, Flour Improver

Method

Add 1% to your flour quantity while using your standard bread making process. No variation or change is required in the recipe or method. Additional of extra gluten can be avoided while using this improver.
