SB Rusk Improver has been specially formulated for making crispy rusk and toast breads. It is made up of special blend of enzymes along with barley malt that impart excellent lightness, crispiness and flavour profile to the end baked toast or rusk. This is a low dosage improver suitable for use in both commercial and industrial bakeries for superior quality rusk production.
